Why is My Content Kit Empty

If your Content Kit is empty, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

We capture your video in high definition locally and upload it when you hit the "Stop Record" button. If you close the browser window before the local recording is fully uploaded, we won’t have enough video to generate your content.

Check your plan to ensure you have enough clips available. If you've reached your limit, the Content Kit will remain empty.

Recordings must be at least 5 seconds long. If your recording is shorter, we won’t be able to generate content from it.

If your recording has no audio, we won’t be able to generate a transcript, which is essential for creating your Content Kit.

Make sure your recordings meet these requirements to successfully generate content!
